Pretty mind blowing that when I started, I could barely do a pushup. Now I'm making videos of how many burpees I can do. Never thought it would be me but I'm excited to see my progress and continue to grow. Shaun, your great!
Man, I can't even explain the gains I've seen since working with Shaun! His workouts are intense but he always lets me know how and why were doing something. He pushed me to new levels and I gotta say, I making all the guys on my soccer team pretty jealous!
